Corporate towers and mixed-use developments that anchor modern skylines.

A 32-story corporate headquarters tower on a 14,000 sf floor plate with six underground parking levels. The building’s signature element is an external screen structure of curved, perforated stainless-steel panels, independent of the exterior façade, that shades the floor-to-ceiling glass beneath while its two wings meet at a pointed arch referencing traditional Islamic architecture. At the southern façade, the screen lifts dramatically to reveal a two-story grand lobby entrance.

Combining ground-floor retail, a five-star hotel and upscale residential units, the tower’s exterior façades display a wide array of media screens for outdoor advertisement, incorporated into a decorative architectural lighting scheme.
