Academic campuses and educational facilities designed for growth.

The $2.2 billion, 1,232,000 m² King Saud University City project is located east of the Deriah Campus and is anticipated to accommodate over 30,000 female students across science, humanities, math, arts and literature — including a medical school, dental school, pharmaceutical and nursing schools, and over 420 laboratories, plus lecture halls, dormitories, administrative buildings, a grand central library, sports facilities, restaurants, a performance arts center and a banquet hall.
FTR NV is performing project/construction management services including scheduling, administration, constructability and peer review, budget review, value engineering and owner representation — and has additionally been engaged to assess existing site safety practices and enforce an all-inclusive approach to managing safety.
